Hermes gives HR teams and partner search firms a single platform to source family office–ready talent, backed by Respada’s quality standards. You can quickly identify qualified candidates, benchmark capability through structured signals such as CIMAS (and the CIMAS Readiness Quiz), and connect directly with the right profiles—reducing noise and accelerating shortlists. 

Hermes partners with select family offices and executive search firms through an invitation-and-approval model. Approved partners can post roles, access a curated pipeline of pre-vetted candidates, and work with the Hermes team to refine requirements and accelerate shortlists—reducing time-to-hire while aligning with Respada’s quality standards. 

Hermes is quality-led and selectively curated. For senior roles, candidates are expected to demonstrate relevant family office or adjacent institutional experience (e.g., investment management, private markets, governance, finance, or operating leadership), and to provide strong professional references. Where applicable, Hermes may request role verification, track record evidence, and reference checks to ensure alignment with Respada’s standards and the expectations of family office employers. 

Hermes supports internship placements with family offices through Respada’s trusted network. Interns are shortlisted based on demonstrated aptitude and potential—alongside academic background—such as problem-solving ability, initiative, and role-relevant skills. All applications are reviewed by Respada, and only approved candidates are progressed for consideration by participating family offices.
